About this estimator
- How accurate is this estimate?
- It is a planning figure, not a quotation. The area calculation is the same one our own staff use, but it works from the numbers you type in — it cannot see access restrictions, the soil, the existing pipe condition or how the building actually sits on the ground. The free site survey is what turns this into a real price.
- What is 'mixing water' and why is it not the chemical volume?
- The litres shown are plain water going into the tank. The termiticide concentrate is that figure divided by 200, because we mix at 1:200 — so 400 litres of water takes 2 litres of concentrate. We show the water because that is the number that determines how many tank loads a job takes.
- Why does it ask about termites and pipes before showing a tier?
- Because the annual tiers only apply to a specific situation: a finished building, no active infestation, and a working injection pipe system. If any of those is not true, comparing an annual price would mislead you — a live colony needs baiting, and a building with no pipes needs a different scope. The questions route you to the right answer instead of a wrong price.
- My area is over 140 sq.m. What now?
- Above the Pro Max band the pricing stops being a table and becomes a quotation. Send us the measurements and photos and we will survey the site and price it individually.
