What Rayong buildings usually need
Rayong mixes housing estates, factory housing around the industrial estates, older shophouses and beachfront property. Those are four very different termite problems, so we do not run one standard treatment across all of them — we check soil contact points, existing pipe runs, damp areas, door frames and skirting before proposing anything.
Properties near the coast and in the estates around Map Ta Phut and Pluak Daeng often have sandy, well-drained soil and slab-on-ground construction, which changes both the injection pattern and how long a treated zone lasts. Older wooden and half-timber houses inland are usually about protecting what is left rather than prevention.
