We inspect the site, photograph what we find, and quote the method, quantity, visit count and price in writing.

The scope, the schedule and the warranty are written into a contract before any work begins. The Thai version is the operative one.

Every visit produces a report listing the substance, its registration number and the quantity applied, signed on site.

A note on document language
Quotations, contracts and service reports are issued in Thai, and the Thai text is the operative version for anything with legal effect. Tell us at the quotation stage if you need an English rendering for your own records and we will provide it alongside — not instead of — the Thai.

- What is WERT's legal status?
- WERT trades as a registered Thai sole proprietorship — เวิร์ท (นางมาริษา ลือวรรณ) — with its registered commerce registration displayed in the site footer (DBD). It is not yet a juristic person and is not VAT-registered, so quotations and receipts are issued without VAT. If your procurement process requires a juristic person or a tax invoice, tell us at the quotation stage so we can confirm what we can and cannot issue before you commit.
- Who is licensed to handle the chemicals?

- Yes. For managed buildings we provide a written scope, a service schedule and a per-visit signed report — the documents a committee needs in order to approve and later renew a contract. We can present the plan at a committee meeting if that helps the decision.
