Termite packages for Rayong and Chonburi
Two shapes of contract: annual protection for a building that is not yet infested, and a baiting course for one that is. Below is what each includes and what it costs.
Short version
Annual termite protection runs from 8,900 to 14,900 THB per year for a standard detached house, and the tier decides how many spray rounds you get on top of the one soil treatment. Every tier includes a signed report per visit and a warranty for the contract year.
An active colony is handled with an in-ground baiting course instead: 16,900 THB per station, 5 visits about 15 days apart, with a 60-day continued warranty after the last one. Every price here is confirmed against the real building at a free survey before anything is signed.

Active infestation
Termite baiting course
Baiting targets the nest rather than the building. Stations go into the ground around the structure, foraging termites find the bait and carry it back, and the colony collapses. It is the right answer when termites are already eating the building, because a barrier alone would only push them to another entry point.

Packages and pricing — FAQ
- Is the price on this page the price I will pay?
- It is the price for a standard detached house, and it is where the conversation starts. The final figure is confirmed at the free survey once we have measured the perimeter, checked access and seen the construction. If the survey changes the price, we tell you before any work is scheduled — not on the invoice.
- Which package should I choose?
- If no active colony is found, an annual contract is the right shape and the tier only changes how many spray rounds per year you get. If termites are already working in the building, a baiting course comes first to eliminate the colony, then an annual contract keeps it out. The survey tells you which situation you are in.
- What happens if termites come back during the contract?
- Call us and we come back. That is what the warranty in the annual contract is for, and re-treatment within the contract scope is not billed again. The exact conditions are written into your contract so there is nothing to argue about later.
- Can I pay monthly or in instalments?
- Annual contracts are normally paid at the start of the contract year. For larger commercial scopes we can split payment against the visit schedule. Ask at the quotation stage — it is easier to agree before the contract is issued than after.
- Do you cover general pests as well as termites?
- Yes. Cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes and rodents can be added to a contract or booked as separate visits. Tell us what you are dealing with when you book the survey and we will include it in the same quotation.
